Who we are & what we do

Sweav is a scale-up with a new model for strategy and M&A support. Professionals from the most elite firms are jumping off the traditional career ladder and joining our freelance community.

We have a dual purpose.The first is that we empower top notch individuals to (re)gain independence in life. In their professional lives, so they can work where they have the highest impact. And in their personal lives, so they become happier and more productive members of society. The second is to lower the barrier for clients to hire these talented people, through a more flexible and cost effective model.

Sweav was founded in 2021 by former strategy consultants Thijmen Kaster and Joeri Schouten, and has rapidly grown to a community of more than 350 high-end independent strategy and M&A professionals trained at the most elite firms. We completed over 300 projects for clients in Private Equity, Corporates and scale-ups.

Sweav is currently with a team of 15.

What you will do: 

You'll get the unique opportunity to contribute to Sweav's growth and come up with creative solutions to improve the marketing activities for more high-quality leads and increased brand awareness.

Responsibilities for Marketing:

• Executing LinkedIn activities (e.g. posts, analytics, LinkedIn ads)

• Coordinating content creation (e.g. posts, cases, interviews)

• Preparing & scheduling newsletters

• Supporting other tasks (e.g. member events, PR, brand, Google Ads)

What we're looking for:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Final stage (or recent graduate) of WO Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in marketing, communications or business field.

• Experience with LinkedIn and basic marketing tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, MailChimp).

• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is a plus

• Available for 3-4 days per week.

• Base salary of EU 18/h (not including 8% holiday allowance) for the first 6 months, EU 21/h thereafter
